You can join me at any stage of pregnancy as long as you have clearance from your midwife or GP to exercise.

Pregnancy doesn’t mean you have to stop exercising, in fact exercising throughout your pregnancy will mean you are fit and healthy for delivery and the demands of motherhood!
However it can be scary knowing what to do/not to do during pregnancy and this is where I can help.
I will work with you at every stage of your pregnancy to make sure you are exercising and eating in the most optimal way for you and your baby.
I will choose exercises specifically for you that will prepare the body for physical challenges of each trimester, improving posture and reducing lordosis/lower body pain, maintaining the pelvic floor and core function, improving circulation and reducing the risk of varicose veins, aiding recovery from birth, maintaining muscle strength and tone, releasing tightness and promoting relaxation through breathing.
